How to Find Scholarships
I could find scholarships like it was nobody’s business while I was in college. I did not get every scholarship I applied for. Not even close actually. By just the shear volume of applications I applied for though, I succeeded and paid for a four year degree entirely with scholarships.
I highly recommend Fastweb . All you do is register with an email address (for free!) and you will be amazed by how many companies want to give away money. This is a great starting point for everyone. They have been around since 1995 and are an AMAZING resource. Did I mention it is free?
If you have never bought from Amazon, what exactly are you waiting for? I love Amazon. All you do is just type scholarship books (with quotations) into their search bar. When I did this recently, I got 48 results right off the bat. My favorite part is that each item has reviews included from people that actually bought that item. You only need to read a few reviews to realize they are very honest. I used Amazon to buy books on everything from how to build a website to how to buy a house. The books get to you within a few days and they are always in good condition.
I am assuming you have done this, but maybe not. It is the easiest way to look for scholarships in my opinion. Go Google it!!! The search--scholarship books (again in quotes) got me 13,200 results and nursing scholarships got me a whooping 377,000 results. Yes you may have to sort though some pages, but isn't a few hours of searching worth the opportunity to make thousands of dollars for college!
The money is there. I promise you it is. You can find scholarships and get them! You just have to - Want it (I think we have established you fit that category)
and
- Prove you deserve it (Check out the application page for more details).
